Criminal Justice Division - The Criminal Justice Division performs all prosecutorial functions on behalf of the state such as welfare fraud, tax fraud, unemployment fraud, unauthorized practice of law, and public corruption. The Missing Child Center-Hawaii is part of this division and is Hawaii's only clearinghouse that assists in the recovery of missing or abducted children.
